I was born and raised in Los Angeles, where I grew up a Björk superfan, spent hours crate-digging for vinyl, and developed a lifelong passion for storytelling through film. My love for storytelling took root at 13, when I got my hands on a Sony Handycam and started to film everything around me, interviewing friends and family like a budding documentarian. From that moment, I knew I wanted to capture stories that mattered.
Now, I’m a producer and editor with 15 years of experience crafting documentary and narrative content for platforms like Netflix, CNN, Prime Video, and YouTube. My projects have ranged from award-winning docuseries to short-form digital content. Early in my career, I launched a series of short documentaries on women artists; though the project was shelved for years, I'm now reviving this project with an in-depth, longform documentary on an artist I've long admired. My passion for highlighting untold stories through art continues to drive my work.
When the home I lived in for 11 years burned down in the Eaton fires, I lost all of my belongings, but I gained a new perspective on what I value most: creativity and connection.
In my free time, you can find me hanging out with my wife-to-be, working through my monthly stack of library books, or walking my senior chocolate lab mix, who’s still spry enough to keep me on my toes. I consider myself an L.A. native through and through, soaking up the city’s quirks, creative energy, and sunny days.
